Our historical experience of managing local and multi-locational projects has taught us much about the need for dynamism, accuracy and flexibility. We represent a strong team of likeminded professionals who have the skills, knowledge and resources to successfully execute such a project.
The services we offer to fulfil the objective of recruiting professionals on behalf of CG & GC would include the following; a more detailed analysis is included in the 'timeframe' section of the proposal.
Phase 1: Activate the Project & Search
Once the Consulting Team have been fully identified and briefed, potential candidates will be sourced using a variety of methods which will be implemented within 24 hours of signing the Contract. The sources for identifying candidates include our own internal database, headhunting, networking, advertising using the internet.
Phase 2: Screening & Interviewing the Candidates
When a candidate pool has been identified, the assigned Consultant will be responsible for screening each candidate in their regional location. The Consultant will complete a basic information-based interview to ascertain the individuals' competencies and interest in the role, then incorporate a blend of the following:
- Behavioural interviews (used to confirm the work experience they claim)
- Technical interviews to assess technical knowledge and skills
- Informational interviews (to gather general information about future plans, abilities, desires for a certain profession)
- Explorative Interviews to assess the degree of motivation, sociability and assertiveness.
- Tests (Psychological and Professional)
Phase 3: Presentation of the Shortlist
For each position a shortlist of candidates will be presented using Candidates Profile Reports, including a number of candidates per vacant position each meeting the requirements already specified by CG & GC.
The Candidate Profile Report includes all key data about the selected candidates, allowing CG & GC the opportunity to build an image of the candidate prior to actually meeting them.
Phase 4: Client/Candidate Interview
BMT is able to arrange the Client/Candidate and be present at the first meeting if necessary.
Phase 5: Client/Candidate Offer
When suitable candidates are identified, Barnett McCall Tech is able to negotiate remuneration packages with each of the candidates if preferred, but equally can withdraw from the negotiation process.
Phase 6: References & Feedback
For those candidates who are interested in the opportunity, Barnett McCall Tech will use all available resources to reference-check each individual from a professional point of view and will report any findings/conclusion.
For candidates who were not selected, Barnett McCall Tech will communicate in a subtle and open manner the negative feedback, either in writing or verbally.
